This policy applies to purchases from Glow Circuit.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Sale-priced items and standard, non-personalized posters are eligible under this policy. Printing a standard poster after you order does not, by itself, make it non-returnable.

How to request a return

Email pacificdesignwatches@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending anything back, and do not send returns to an address printed on a shipping label unless we confirm it.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders

Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Include your order number and, where available, photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You do not need to resolve a carrier claim yourself. Reporting a problem does not require the item to be unused or in perfect packaging.

We cover necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping unless we tell you otherwise. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If the return is due to our error or the order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not delivered, we will refund applicable shipping charges as required. Refunds for canceled or unfulfilled orders are handled promptly under applicable requirements.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us if you need a different item or wish to cancel an order. We will check whether the order can still be changed or canceled before shipment or poster production begins. If it cannot be canceled, the applicable return process remains available.

TikTok Shop purchases

For purchases made through TikTok Shop, request returns, cancellations, and refunds through your TikTok Shop order. TikTok Shop's applicable policies, deadlines, and return shipping rules govern those purchases.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
